Job Overview


We are looking for a Sales Executive for Tanishq. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India with a focus on retail sales. Locations : Ushman Road , Valasaravakkam , Cathedral Road, Pondy Bazaar


Qualifications and Skills

Age : 18 to 30 yrs

Qualification : 12th pass/ HSC / Diploma / Graduate

Candidate should have good English communication Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of retail sales and store management
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and best practices
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and profitability of the company
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and offering suitable learning solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, and negotiate terms and conditions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager
