Job Overview


As a Department Manager in TATA Samoh -Indo western premium brand for Apparels.. , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of fashion and lifestyle showrooms. This includes ensuring the showroom is visually appealing, well-stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for training and supervising showroom staff, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to drive sales and meet targets.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion and lifestyle industry
  • Minimum qualification should be Graduation.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Proficiency in using retail management software

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the fashion and lifestyle showroom
