Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join as a Consumer Electronics Sales Executive in Perinthalmanna , Malappuram, Kerala. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and development. As a Consumer Electronics Sales, you will be responsible for promoting and selling consumer electronics products, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

Age : 18 to 30yrs

Qualification : 12th Pass / Diploma /Graduate

• Sales experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of consumer electronics products and trends
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in local language (Malayalam) is highly desired

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell consumer electronics products to customers
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the right products
• Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed sales quotas
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features in the consumer electronics industry
• Demonstrate product features and functionality to customers
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
