Job Overview

We are looking for a Back Dock Controller in Tata Croma at JP Nagar & Bannergatta in Bangalore. This is a full-time position based in Kozhikode. As a Back Dock Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our back dock area / Inventory management and coordinating the movement of goods and materials.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 6 months experience in BOH / Inventory
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the movement of goods and materials in the back dock area
• Ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled properly and in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in the back dock area
• Inspect and verify the quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or excesses
• Implement and enforce safety and security measures in the back dock area
• Train and supervise back dock personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
