We are seeking a motivated, ambitious Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales in the B2B SaaS industry. The ideal candidate should be ready to hit the ground running, capable of making 120 to 150 lead calls a day, and eager to learn. Responsibilities and Duties:
Make 120-150 calls per day to generate leads and prospect clients.
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
Comfortable in a client-facing role with the ability to give product demonstrations.
Utilize CRM systems or spreadsheets to maintain organized and current data.
Work towards meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
