Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Lapser Multispeciality Clinic. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients and ensuring their safety and well-being. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid nursing license in the state of Tamil Nadu
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse
• Experience in OT Management
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Caring and empathetic attitude towards patients
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Team player with a collaborative approach

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and ensure their comfort and safety
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical history
• Assist in procedures and surgeries as per the surgeon's instructions
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Participate in continuous education and professional development activities
• Adhere to all legal, professional, and ethical nursing standards
