Job Overview

Lanstitut Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a passionate and experienced German Teacher to join our team in the Kozhikode and Ernakulam locations. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring candidates with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should thrive in a teaching environment and be eager to promote language proficiency among students.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of at least 4 years teaching German with a strong track record of student success and engagement.
• Fluency in German, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively to non-native speakers.
• A degree in German, such as a Bachelor of Arts in German or a Master of Arts in German, showcasing academic competence.
• Certification in German language proficiency, such as Goethe B2 or Goethe C1, demonstrating advanced language skills.
• Proficient at using varying teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and foster a supportive learning environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to plan and execute lessons that lead to successful learning outcomes.
• Ability to engage and motivate students, boosting their confidence and fostering an encouraging learning atmosphere.
• Must have skills: German Teacher (Mandatory skill), German B2 (Mandatory skill), German C1 and C2 (Mandatory skill) demonstrating a high level of language teaching capability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective German language teaching strategies to meet the educational standards and objectives.
• Evaluate students' performance through assignments and exams, providing timely feedback to facilitate improvement.
• Create and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning and student engagement.
• Develop course materials and resources to enhance the learning experience for students of various skill levels.
• Keep abreast of new teaching methodologies and integrate them into instruction to improve lesson effectiveness.
• Provide students with additional support and guidance outside of class hours when necessary to encourage progress.
