Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technological vision and development. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure, developing innovative solutions, and driving the company's overall technology strategy. The ideal candidate will have a background in software engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep-tech applications in recruitment technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of our deep-tech solutions, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and business goals.

Drive innovation by researching and implementing advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and data mining in recruitment processes.

Build and manage a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation.

Collaborate closely with the executive team to align technology initiatives with business strategies and objectives.

Oversee research and development (R&D) projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Ensure system security, scalability, and the continuous improvement of the technological infrastructure.

Engage with industry trends and advancements to ensure the company remains at the forefront of deep-tech hiring solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Over 8 years of experience in software engineering, AI, ML, and data science.

Proven experience in leading technology teams and projects, particularly in research and development.

A strong background in computer science, artificial intelligence, and data mining.

Hands-on experience with creating scalable, impactful technologies, and a track record of delivering real-world problem-solving solutions.

Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology units.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technological ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.

Experience working in AI-driven platforms, particularly in the education, finance, or recruitment industries.

Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and large-scale data processing for information extraction.
