Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in logistics coordination, ensuring all test drive vehicles are prepared and available as scheduled (Mandatory skill).
• Strong skills in customer relationship management to provide outstanding service to all test driving customers.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance protocols to ensure test drive vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Experience with digital scheduling tools for efficient appointment management and coordination.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with customers, sales team, and other departments.
• Competency in data entry systems to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and test drives.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected issues swiftly and professionally.
• Attention to detail to ensure the smooth operation of all test drive logistics and related tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate test drive schedules with customers and sales representatives to ensure a seamless and efficient process.
• Inspect and prepare vehicles for test drives, ensuring all maintenance protocols are adhered to and that cars are clean and presentable.
• Manage digital scheduling tools to keep accurate records of test drive appointments and ensure adherence to timing.
• Maintain communication with potential customers to provide necessary information and answer queries about the test drive process.
• Handle logistical arrangements for test drives, including vehicle availability and route planning.
• Facilitate customer feedback collection post-test drive, addressing any concerns or issues to improve customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide insights and feedback from test drives that can enhance the sales process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols throughout the test drive operation.
