Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to effectively manage customer interactions.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM for tracking customer service interactions and sales processes.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret and present customer data for informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in Conflict Resolution to handle and resolve customer grievances amicably.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite for creating reports and maintaining records efficiently.
- Advanced customer engagement techniques to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Active listening skills to fully understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities (Mandatory skill) to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing guidance and support throughout their service journey.
- Utilize CRM systems to record and manage customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop strategies for improving service quality.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, employing effective conflict resolution techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experiences and optimize service delivery processes.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of service offerings to advise customers accurately and transparently.
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering issues.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and service performance for management review.
