  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret and present customer data for informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Conflict Resolution to handle and resolve customer grievances amicably.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite for creating reports and maintaining records efficiently.
  • Advanced customer engagement techniques to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Active listening skills to fully understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities (Mandatory skill) to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
