- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow for managing service processes and customer interactions effectively.
- Expertise in analyzing and drafting service level agreements to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately and deliver effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality.
- Strong team leadership skills, able to motivate and guide teams towards achieving service objectives.
- Effective change management skills to adapt and manage service department changes and improvements.

- Lead the service team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve department performance goals.
