  • Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow for managing service processes and customer interactions effectively.
  • Expertise in analyzing and drafting service level agreements to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately and deliver effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability in process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality.
  • Strong team leadership skills, able to motivate and guide teams towards achieving service objectives.
  • Effective change management skills to adapt and manage service department changes and improvements.

  • Lead the service team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve department performance goals.
  • Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
