Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software to efficiently manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies to engage potential customers and drive online sales growth.
  • Ability to conduct data analysis and reporting to monitor sales trends and measure performance outcomes.
  • Utilization of lead generation tools to identify prospective clients and expand the customer base actively.
  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot to streamline sales processes and improve customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrated negotiation techniques to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of social media sales strategies for leveraging social platforms to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills (Mandatory skill) to develop strong and long-lasting customer relations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective customers through various lead generation methods and convert leads into loyal clients.
  • Promote two-wheeler products by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate models.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in sales meetings and collaborate with the team to share insights and refine sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about new products, competitive landscape, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Manage and update customer databases using CRM software to keep track of client interactions and sales progress.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals, driving revenue growth for the company.
