Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Group Landmark in Indore. This is a Junior level, Full-Time position requiring a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and contributing to the growth of the dealership network within our premium and luxury automobile segment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 1 to 3 years in a relevant role.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong communication abilities to interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management to maintain lasting client relationships.
  • In-depth product knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.
  • Strategic sales planning capabilities to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and operational challenges.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients to drive sales and expand the customer base.
  • Provide detailed information and advice to customers about various automobile products.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide relevant and timely information to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to monitor performance and track progress.
