Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team at a leading premium car brand dealership in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about the car models, features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
  • Negotiate pricing and finance options to close deals successfully.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, including new launches, updates, and competitive market trends.
  • Educate customers on after-sales services, warranty, and maintenance packages.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team, finance team, and management to achieve dealership goals.
  • Attend training sessions and participate in promotional events organized by the brand.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in automobile sales, preferably in the premium or luxury segment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Goal-oriented with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer knowledge.
  • Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in sales or automotive fields will be an advantage.
