Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a strong ability to build relationships, and a desire to succeed in sales. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage inbound and outbound sales calls to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide timely follow-up with potential clients and close sales opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Master's degree is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally and positively.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
