• Ability to design and implement effective Employee Engagement Strategies to boost morale.
• Thorough understanding of Compliance Management to ensure adherence to internal and legal standards.
• Experience with Performance Management Systems to evaluate and enhance employee productivity.
• Commitment to promoting Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives fostering a diverse workplace.
• Skills in Conflict Resolution to manage and resolve employee disputes effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS Software to ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to mitigate risks.
• Support performance reviews and develop strategies for workforce development.
• Implement diversity and inclusion programs to foster an inclusive work culture.
• Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain harmony.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends using people analytics to support HR strategies.
