Job Description: HR Executive – Automobile Industry

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.

1. Employee Relations:

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and promoting open communication.

1. Training and Development:

• Organize orientation sessions for new hires.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs to enhance employee skills.

1. Payroll and Compliance:

• Ensure timely payroll processing and adherence to statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, etc.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including leave and attendance management.

1. Performance Management:

• Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and support managers in conducting evaluations.
• Provide guidance on career development and improvement plans.

1. Policy Implementation:

• Draft and update HR policies in line with industry standards and organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR, preferably within the automobile or manufacturing industry.
• Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HRMS and payroll software.
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
