Job Description: Hostel Warden (Female)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Management:

• Ensure discipline and adherence to hostel rules by residents.
• Act as a mentor and provide guidance to students on personal and professional matters.
• Address grievances and resolve conflicts among hostel residents.

1. Facility Oversight:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hostel.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, common areas, and other facilities.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely repairs and upkeep.

1. Safety & Security:

• Ensure the safety and security of all residents by monitoring entry/exit points and visitor protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of residents and visitors.

1. Administrative Duties:

• Handle hostel admissions and maintain occupancy records.
• Monitor utility usage and manage resources effectively.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the management.

1. Health and Wellbeing:

• Provide first aid and coordinate with medical services in case of emergencies.
• Organize recreational and wellness activities for residents.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Education: Graduate or equivalent (preferred).
• Skills Required:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to handle emergencies and maintain calm under pressure.
