Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with lead generation (Mandatory skill) is crucial for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software to effectively manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
- A strong background in business development to help expand market reach and foster growth through strategic planning.
- Excellent sales forecasting abilities to predict future sales and strategize accordingly for optimal performance.
- Skilled in negotiation to close deals effectively and maintain beneficial terms for both the customer and the company.
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our automobile offerings to potential customers.
- Experience in territory management to optimize sales strategies and efficiently cover geographic sales regions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our automobile products and services to effectively promote them to potential customers.
- Identify new business leads and opportunities through market research, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of potential customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets in assigned territories.
- Track and report on sales activities, sales pipeline, and achievement of sales targets using CRM software.
- Regularly update sales strategies based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
