Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Evaluator for Pre-Owned Car to join our dealership in **Alwar, Rajasthan**. The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing the value and condition of used cars, a strong understanding of automotive components, and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and evaluate the condition of used cars to determine their market value.

- Assess both interior and exterior aspects, including engine performance, body condition, mileage, and overall wear and tear.

- Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify potential issues or repairs needed.

- Provide accurate pricing and valuation based on the vehicle's condition, market trends, and brand standards.

- Collaborate with the sales team to support trade-in and resale processes.

- Maintain records of evaluations, including condition reports and pricing information.

- Stay up-to-date on current market prices, demand, and trends in the used car industry.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in vehicle evaluation or a related role within the automobile industry.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in automotive fields is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of car models, brands, and common issues in used vehicles.

- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
