• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Mandatory skill). Essential for crafting and refining designs across various projects.
• Experience with Sketch to conceptualize and execute design ideas effectively, ensuring they meet client requirements.
• Competence in using Figma for collaborative design processes and creating cohesive interfaces across teams.
• Strong user interface design skills, focusing on creating intuitive and engaging user interactions.
• Understanding of user experience design to ensure the end product is user-friendly and meets user needs.
• Prototyping experience to develop and present interactive simulations of the design projects.
• Responsive design skills to ensure that designs look and function well on various devices and screen sizes.
• Knowledge of typography to enhance readability and convey the intended message effectively through design.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Estimate the design project costs by analyzing material, labor, and time requirements to ensure budget adherence.
• Develop and produce detailed design plans, collaborating with engineering and design teams to align on specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to ensure design goals are achieved.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to refine and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to iterative improvements, ensuring high-quality design outcomes.
• Implement user interface and user experience design principles to enhance product functionality and user satisfaction.
• Create prototypes to test design concepts and verify compliance with product goals and user needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advances in design technology to maintain competitive advantage.
