- Experience with social media management to engage with customers on various platforms and manage inquiries.
- Conflict resolution skills to handle disputes and deliver satisfactory outcomes for all parties involved.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems to keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and implement improvements in service delivery.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.
- Engage with customers on social media platforms, handling queries and fostering positive relationships.
- Implement conflict resolution techniques to handle disputes and maintain customer trust.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share insights and improve service quality.
