  • Proficient in CRM Software tools such as Zendesk and Intercom to manage customer relationships and queries efficiently.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to address and resolve customer challenges and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer interactions concurrently without compromising on quality.
  • Experience in data entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Understanding of customer relationship management to foster and maintain positive customer relations.
  • Soft skills (Mandatory skill) crucial for effective communication and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • A keen attention to detail to ensure precise communication and follow-up with customers.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or in-person by efficiently addressing their concerns.
