Job Description: Bodyshop Advisor

Location: VKI, Jaipur

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers requiring body shop services.
2. Assess vehicle damages, provide accurate repair estimates, and explain the repair process to customers.
3. Prepare job cards, coordinate approvals, and ensure smooth workflow within the body shop.
4. Liaise with insurance companies for claim processing and approvals.
5. Update customers on the progress of repairs and notify them of any additional work required.
6. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
7. Ensure quality control checks are completed before vehicle delivery.
8. Promote additional services and products to meet sales and customer needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bodyshop Advisor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of vehicle body repair processes and insurance claim procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Proficiency in using automotive software and tools is an advantage.
