Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT – Assistant Engineer to join our team and manage our company’s IT

infrastructure, systems, and security. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support,

networking, and system administration to ensure smooth operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.

2. Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure

minimal downtime.

3. Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security tools.

4. Monitor IT systems and ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place.

5. Ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented and updated regularly.

6. Maintain IT documentation, policies, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

* 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.

* Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.

* Familiarity with Firewall & Cisco management.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

* Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
