Job Description: Admin/Purchase Manager



Location: Ahmadabad, Gujarat


 Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month


 Experience: Minimum 3 years in Administration or Purchase Management


Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Admin/Purchase Manager to oversee administrative functions and procurement activities within our automobile industry operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent vendor management capabilities, and a proven ability to streamline processes for maximum efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Management:


Supervise and manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office maintenance and facility management.

Maintain records and documentation related to office and operational activities.

Purchase Management:


Evaluate vendor performance and build strong supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with departments to anticipate material requirements.

Maintain detailed records of purchases, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Budgeting & Reporting:


Prepare and manage budgets for administrative and procurement functions.

Generate regular reports on procurement and administrative expenses.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective solutions.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in administration, purchase, or a related role in the automobile industry (preferred).

Education: Graduate degree; specialization in business administration or supply chain management is an advantage.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office tools and ERP systems.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
