Qualifications and Skills

• Inventory Management (Mandatory skill) to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely availability of products.
• Proficiency in Merchandising to effectively display and promote products to attract customer interest and increase sales.
• Strong Supplier Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing from vendors and partners.
• Ability to conduct Trend Analysis to stay ahead of market demands and adapt product offerings accordingly.
• Experience in Retail Operations to streamline processes and ensure efficient store management.
• Knowledge of Product Development to collaborate with teams on creating new accessory lines that align with customer needs.
• Competency in E-commerce Platforms to manage online accessory listings and optimize digital sales channels.
• Experience in Supply Chain Coordination to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods from suppliers to stores.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability and delivery of accessories to our outlets.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Conduct market research to identify and analyze trends and potential new products for our accessories range.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and customer engagement.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement of accessories.
• Work closely with retail teams to ensure the accessories are displayed attractively and inventory levels are optimized.
• Collaborate with e-commerce teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for accessories, including managing product listings and promotions.
• Liaise with internal departments to coordinate the supply chain and ensure a smooth delivery process from order to delivery.
