Main Responsibilities

1.     Ensure packaging material runs in high efficiency

2.     Root cause analysis and feedback to HQ for process improvement

3.     Regional Lab/technical center management

4.     Independently, as well as with the local technical team finding solutions to consume the packaging material safely at the customer site and report root cause analysis with recommendations for material manufacturing improvement and/or quality checks. 

5.     Lead package material-related issues at the customer site by being directly involved and collaborating with cross-function departments (at both Lamipak and the customer) to professionally manage and close the claim.

6.     Identify opportunities for improvement of Packaging Material and Additional materials supplied by Lamipak.

Identify potential issues/risks on package material issues and report it to HQ with an improvement proposal

Qualifications (Education/Knowledge/Working Experience)

1.      Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechatronics, mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Automation or correlated.

2.      Strong competencies in PPS (package performance support) or MMI (machine material interface)

3.      Good knowledge of the aseptic packaging manufacturing process.

4.      Understanding of Food safety and Aseptic Performance, Customer operation in the aseptic filling industry and Food Processing ( Pasteurization - High acid products , Milk products , UHT - Milk products

5.      FSE/ specialist certificates

6.      Work independently in coordination with a Remote team.

Comfortable traveling at least 20% of working time.
