The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess exceptional communication and customer service skills. This is a full-time position focused on handling customer inquiries, providing information, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication.

• Minimum of 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience and a maximum of 3 years in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services.
• Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.

• Maintain and update customer databases with relevant call information and feedback.
