- Talent Acquisition (Mandatory skill) with the proven ability to identify and engage top talent quickly and effectively.
- Strong sourcing skills to discover passive candidates through advanced search techniques and networking.
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles thoroughly.
- Effective networking skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and professional organizations.
- Insightful candidate assessment skills to ensure a perfect match between job requirements and candidate potential.
- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and persuasively to candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate a fair and beneficial hiring process for both the candidate and the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with department heads.
- Support the negotiation process between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding.
- Maintain and manage candidate databases, including tracking application statuses and ensuring data accuracy.
- Foster professional relationships with prospective talent to build a strong pipeline for future opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in recruitment methodologies to enhance the hiring process.
