We are seeking a Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Lakshya Placement Pvt Ltd. This full-time role is based in Rajkot and requires a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will focus on talent acquisition, ensuring the right match between candidates and job roles.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years in the field.
• Strong talent acquisition skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively source and place suitable candidates.
• Proficient in sourcing techniques to find the right candidates through various channels including social media and job portals.
• Experience in interviewing candidates to assess qualifications and suitability for job roles.
• Skilled in candidate screening to evaluate applicants’ qualifications, experience, and suitability.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and candidates effectively.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and principles to ensure compliance and effectiveness in recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates through various recruitment channels including job portals, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during the recruitment process.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to network with potential candidates.
