Responsibilities:

• Onboarding: Create a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires, helping them integrate into the company culture and become productive members of the team.
• Performance Management: Implement effective performance management systems, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to help employees reach their full potential.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices in the IT industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferably with a focus on technology.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in an IT or technology-related role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
