Job Overview


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Lakshya Placement Pvt Ltd. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executives and help ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. This is a full-time position based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports for decision-making purposes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage and maintain executive files, records, and confidential information.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees and provide support for HR-related tasks.
  • Coordinate logistics for business trips, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and expense management.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and initiatives.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and organizing office spaces.
