We are currently seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Lakshya Placement Pvt Ltd. As a CRM, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools
- Knowledge of sales management and customer follow-up techniques
- Experience in cold calling and client relations is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing high-quality service and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze client data, providing insights and recommendations for improving client relationships and outcomes
- Develop and execute strategies for engaging and retaining clients, focusing on long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins, providing updates on products, services, and industry trends
- Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our services
- Handle client escalations and resolve any conflicts or issues in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, continuously improving knowledge and skills to better serve clients
- Deliver regular reports and presentations to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators related to client relationships
