We are currently seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Lakshya Placement Pvt Ltd. As a CRM, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM software and tools
• Knowledge of sales management and customer follow-up techniques
• Experience in cold calling and client relations is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing high-quality service and support
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze client data, providing insights and recommendations for improving client relationships and outcomes
• Develop and execute strategies for engaging and retaining clients, focusing on long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins, providing updates on products, services, and industry trends
• Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our services
• Handle client escalations and resolve any conflicts or issues in a professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, continuously improving knowledge and skills to better serve clients
• Deliver regular reports and presentations to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators related to client relationships
