Roles & Responsibilities:
- Planning and Scheduling for recruitment process
- Maintain candidate databases
- Minimum 2 year experience in Volume hiring ,Bulk hiring, Campus hiring
- Will be handling end to end process of recruitment and other HR activities.
- Sound knowledge in various Job Portals LinkedIn, social media etc.,
- Initial Screening of candidates profile.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
