Job Overview:


As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. Your role involves understanding client needs, presenting IT solutions,and effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products or services.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other channels.

Generate leads and create a pipeline of prospects for IT products or services.


2. Client Engagement:

Conduct initial meetings and presentations with potential clients.

Understand client requirements, challenges, and objectives.


3. Proposal Development:

Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals and solutions.

Present proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs and business goals.


4. Negotiation and Closing:

Engage in negotiations to finalize terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.

Close deals and achieve sales targets.


5. Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Provide ongoing support and address client inquiries or concerns.


6. Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Provide insights and recommendations for business growth.


7. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure the alignment of solutions with client needs.

Facilitate communication between sales and project delivery teams.


8. Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

Provide regular reports on sales performance.


9. Attend Industry Events:

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.


10. Client Feedback:

Gather feedback from clients about the company's products and services.

Use client input to enhance offerings and improve client satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills:


● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.

● Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.

● Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.

● Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

● Results-Driven: Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

● Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with internal teams and across departments.
