Role Overview:

As a Web Technology Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will manage and mentor a team of developers, ensure adherence to best practices, and align technical solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead the web development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.
• Define the technical roadmap and set development priorities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify and integrate emerging web technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

1. Development & Implementation:

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
• Review and approve code to ensure compliance with best practices and quality standards.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to create seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Foster cross-functional communication to align technical efforts with business objectives.

1. Team Management:

• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and productivity.
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of team members.

1. Troubleshooting & Support:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in web applications.
• Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability.
• Stay updated with web security standards and ensure all applications meet compliance requirements.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

1. Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in web development languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Solid experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP, or Java).
• Deep understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Expertise in version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
