Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our Ahmedabad location, offering a full-time, mid-level position. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to strengthen our market presence in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have a proven track record in sales with exceptional achievement in meeting and exceeding sales targets (Mandatory skill).
- Strong relationship building abilities to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and partners (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences (Mandatory skill).
- Skilled in negotiation with the ability to close deals successfully and to draft and agree on final contract terms.
- Proficient in strategic planning to evaluate a company's direction and develop strategies for growth and improvement.
- Ability in market research to gather crucial information related to market trends, competitor analysis, and potential partnerships.
- Analytical thinking skills to solve complex problems and make decisions based on data-driven insights.
- Experience in project management to oversee multiple projects efficiently and ensure all aspects are meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
