Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Back End Developer with a full-time commitment to join our dynamic team at Lakebrains Technologies in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience in back-end development. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with technology leaders in an innovative startup environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, and Java (Mandatory skill) to effectively contribute to our development processes.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and managing SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and optimized performance.
• Proven expertise in RESTful API development ensuring seamless communication and integration across platforms.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Docker for containerization to streamline the development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with AWS services to deploy, manage, and optimize applications in a cloud environment.
• Must have a clear understanding and practical knowledge of microservices architecture to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also demonstrating independence in project handling and decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side components using Node.js, Python, and Java, ensuring robust performance and responsiveness.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code to support continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements built by them with server-side logic.
• Implement security and data protection measures ensuring compliance with best practices and industry standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues efficiently.
• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss project scope, milestones, and deadlines, contributing to strategic planning.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to consistently apply innovative techniques in technical solutions.
• Engage in regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices in coding and overall application development standards.
