Job Role:
Roles and Responsibilities
1. To communicate with the clients from receiving the booking documents and give them clarity in regard to the registrations process.
2. To Collect OCR, SDR and Pre- Sanction Letter in the defined TAT for proceeding for registrations.
3. To register the booked units in the defined TAT with clear documentations.
4. To Follow up for the pending registrations & dues by sending regular communications like reminder, interest letter, etc.
5. To maintain MIS along with ageing for review.
6. To play the role of retainer for the client who is going for cancellations, to address his grievances.
7. To ensure smooth transition from registration to collections process.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Must have in depth understanding of Real Estate Clauses, RERA Clauses, Agreement Key Clauses, GST and Taxes Clauses. Compensation tackled, Possessions Delayed clients, RERA Cases knowledge, etc.
2. More than 5 years of relevant experience.
