Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the digital marketing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing space.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Present and demonstrate digital marketing solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored proposals and presentations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales leads and opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide valuable insights for campaign optimization.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 years proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new technologies and industry trends.
