Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Walk In Sales Real Estate professional to join our dynamic team at KW Group. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Delhi, Ghaziabad, and New Delhi. The chosen candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a successful sales process from beginning to end.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales, demonstrating a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills to build and maintain strong client relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in the Delhi-NCR region.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate property features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Proficient in various sales techniques and strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns and obstacles during the sales process.
  • Extensive networking skills to cultivate relationships with potential clients and industry professionals.
  • Demonstrated closing skills to finalize sales transactions and ensure client satisfaction.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk-in clients, understanding their property requirements, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Showcase properties to potential buyers and explain features, benefits, and pricing details.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all client needs are met and they are satisfied with their purchase.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing continuous support and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide accurate market insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and contribute to overall sales targets.
  • Manage property listings, ensuring they are current and accurately represent the available inventory.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Represent KW Group at industry events, open houses, and client meetings, upholding the company’s brand and values.
