Job Description:

Requirements:

·   2 + years of experience as a UI Designer in a high paced organization.

·   Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

·   Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.

·   Proficiency in Figma and its collaborative design features.

·   Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

·   Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and intuitive UI designs.

·   Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

·   Strong attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design.

·   Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

·   Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

·   Experience with other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

·   Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.

·   Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.

·   Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

·   Familiarity with user testing methodologies and usability principles.

·   Experience with motion design and animation is a plus.
