Job Overview:

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth at the assigned center through effective sales strategies, local marketing, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should be a proactive salesperson, willing to travel, and capable of conducting seminars and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Drive sales and generate walk-ins through BTL promotions and local marketing efforts.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while expanding the client base.
  • Market Research: Visit local colleges to gather information about prospective program and explore partnership opportunities & Organize and conduct workshops and seminars to promote the center’s offerings.
  • Competitor Analysis: Visit competitors to understand their offerings, pricing, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
  • Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
