Profile Review:

We are looking for an IT Counselor to join our team at KVCH. You will guide students in choosing suitable IT programs and career paths, provide application support, and address queries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.

Candidate must have Knowledge about Technical & IT courses Counseling

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling:

• Provide expert guidance to students on various IT programs.
• Analyze students’ profiles, academic backgrounds, and career aspirations to suggest the most suitable academic programs.
• Offer counseling sessions to students and address their queries related to IT courses.
•  Must be a team player who meets targets/deadlines on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
•  Generating the revenue for the company by selling the courses directly to the Students.
• Analyzing applicant student’s requirements and explaining them the benefits of the Courses
• Ensuring adequate batch size and meeting batch start deadlines.

 Experience: 1+ years in counseling students for overseas education, specializing in IT-related programs (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Cyber security, Machine Learning, Python, etc).

·  Counseling Skills: Strong ability to understand student needs, offer tailored advice, and manage multiple counseling sessions.
