Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Provide information about the company's products or services
• Generate leads and set appointments for sales representatives
• Maintain and update the customer database
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
• Achieve monthly targets for calls made and appointments set
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships
