Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive specializing in banking products to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time junior-level position perfect for individuals with a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of experience in sales. The primary responsibility is to sell banking products through outbound calls, focusing on customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales (Mandatory skill): Proven track record in sales, particularly through outbound calls.
  • Communication (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Outbound Sales (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in outbound sales is a must.
  • Customer Service: Ability to manage and understand customer needs effectively to provide the best solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding various banking products and their features to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Persistence: The ability to remain motivated and persistent, even amid rejections or challenging sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Experience in generating and qualifying leads to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential and existing customers through outbound calls to promote banking products.
  • Providing detailed information about the products and services offered by the bank.
  • Generating and qualifying leads to increase sales opportunities.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintaining a database of customers and updating relevant information regularly.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop new sales strategies and improve existing ones.
  • Preparing sales reports and records to track performance and provide insights for strategic planning.
