• Civil Engineering (Mandatory skill)
• Construction Management (Mandatory skill)

• Site Supervision: Ability to effectively oversee and manage construction site activities
• Structural Engineering: Proficiency in analyzing and designing structures that support or resist loads
• Project Management: Strong skills in planning, executing, and closing projects while managing the team
• AutoCAD: Competency in using AutoCAD software for drafting designs and floor plans
• Quality Control: Knowledge in inspecting and verifying materials and construction work to ensure standards are met

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and assess the conditions to move forward with construction projects
• Oversee daily operations at the construction site to ensure work is progressing according to plan
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Interpret and review project drawings and specifications to provide clear guidance to the construction team
• Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate project risks
• Maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards are met throughout the construction process
• Use AutoCAD for drafting and verifying project designs and plans
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress and site activities
