Profile Expectation:

Graduate or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering

BE/ B. Tech with 2 years OR Diploma with 3 Years of experience, out of which 1 years in CNC maintenance is must.

Excellent troubleshooting skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Knowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC, Siemens and Mitsubishi);

2. Installation & service maintenance calls for all our Japanese machine(VMC, HMC, CNC Mill & turning VTL, Bridge center, Double column Machines;) 

3. Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer challenges.

4. Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.

5. Promote spares & consumables with all the existing customers.

6. Promote value added services like Follow-on-Contract (FOC), Preventive Maintenance Contract (PMC) & Health check.

7. Prepare visit reports and technical procedure on critical maintenance calls

10. Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues;

11. Coordinate with external suppliers and maintenance companies to ensure timely and accurate completion of work;

13. In conjunction with Customer production team, will support continuous improvement of development of PM instructions and schedules to prevent failures;

14. Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.

15. Perform mechanical repairs (and rebuild) on all machines;

16. Pull and replace machine linear guides and ball screws; Perform machine leveling and alignment on all machines;

17. Able to work with complex NC machine up to & including 5 Axis;

18. Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls;
