Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7-10 years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Accounting software such as Tally ERP
- Knowledge of Goods And Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted At Source (TDS)
- Strong understanding of Journal Entries, General Ledgers, and Bank Reconciliation
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
